Countdown to CamaroFest IX
 
What’s up everyone, it only seems like it’s been a few weeks since the last Cfest. Here we are again, the holidays are coming up and another CamaroFest is on the horizon for next year. So let’s get to it, here is the unofficial countdown to CamaroFest IX, let the fun and countdown begin. And a sticky would be awesome :w00t:

I am getting into the spirit early. Today I traded my 16 RS for a 16 2SS M6. It is AWESOME!!!

Can't wait to get down there to the hotel parking lot/detail shop and polish up a bunch of beautiful cars!

If some deals are going on this month I may fade up as well to a gen6 but I love my vert a lot. Done a lot to it to give it up so easily.

I know for the first Camaro fest, the site had a countdown banner. I think it would be cool to enact that again.

I wasn’t here for the first fest but will take you up on your word. I’m assuming there were changes along the way with the site and at the moment it does not allow embedded content. So at the moment this is the next best thing unofficially

I will be working all weekend, which to me IS fun! There's nothing I like better than polishing a nice car!

I live 90 minutes from Beech Bend so I can go run it anytime. :clap2::thumbup:

What KirkH is saying, is that if anyone shows up on Monday and is waiting for their hotel room on Wed, he will put everyone up at his place. So we are all thankful for KirkH for offering us his home and food, and will probably even throw a little ol' car wash in for us. What a gracious host he is. :biggrin:

We have our room booked too for our first fest, did Sturgis in the past but found it to tame for us. Headed down the weekend before to drive the Tail and check out the area.

just general maintenance, nothing fancy. But I do have a new set of Ridetech HQ Coilovers that need to get installed. I will hook up with Raymonds in Feb to get them installed.

Same here, changing over the brake fluid late winter/early spring. Going to do the 1500 mile oil change and rear diff fluid too. For now it sleeps

It’s going to be warm. It’s July in the south lol. Last year was way better than August the previous time though.
