I really enjoyed your post about driveway mods. I appreciate your approach. It is very practical. I used the same theory on my Dodge / Cummins truck. A lot of things bought and installed on cars today are pretty poor on the scale of "gains per dollar spent". One part of your post that caught my eye was the brief mention of you and your wife enjoying the sound of the exhaust with the rear cats gone, and the stock mufflers still in place. Do you have a sound bite or video of this? Can you describe it to me? I can afford to do the LTs, aftermarket system, and tune, but I don't want to throw away my warranty right now. And, I understand that the stock system is quite efficient (from the cats back). So, your exhaust mods are attractive to me. Can you share anything else along those "practical" and "warranty safe" lines?
Thanks,
Steven
